  • Bridgette Ouimette

    Co-CEO and Founder

    Bridgette hails from a family of all-girls school alumnae in Baltimore, Maryland. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Towson University, an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Southern California, and a teaching credential in Secondary Social Studies.

    Bridgette has been responsible for developing strategic partnerships that bring a distinct advantage to female students and has overseen internal and external research initiatives in PreK-12 schools. She is the co-founder of a global Professional Learning Community on girls education. Bridgette is passionate about bringing intentionality to educating girls and has developed and delivered faculty professional development programs to inform research-based best practices in everything from instructional strategies for girls to the impact of social media and technology on girls, and the basis of risk aversion in girls.

  • Susan Antolin, Ed.D.

    Co-CEO & Director of DEI Division

    Susan is an educational leader and instructor with extensive experience in program development, curriculum design and instruction. She holds a B.A. in English from UCLA along with an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and a teaching credential in Secondary English Literature from the University of San Diego. She is currently a doctoral candidate at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development in the Leadership and Innovation program. Her research focuses on affecting sustainable and scalable change through the implementation of policies and programming supporting girls of color at independent schools. As an experienced educator, Susan has devoted her work to designing and developing leadership courses and programs aimed to maximize opportunities for girls. Her passion for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging coupled with her determination to advance girls has prompted Susan to identify barriers for girls and build solution-based strategies grounded in research.

  • Angela Gascho, Ed.D.

    Associate

    Angela is an educational leader and innovator with a passion for social justice and equity and inclusion in the classroom. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Syracuse University, a Single Subject Teaching Credential from the University of San Francisco, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.

    A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, she has served in both public and private schools, holding various teaching and administrative positions in a variety of capacities including classroom teacher, administrator, curriculum and instruction designer, technology integration facilitator, instructional coach, and teacher mentor. In 2018 she was an Award of Excellence Honoree by the Greater San Diego Reading Association for her work in promoting literacy in her community. Having spent over a decade working specifically with girls, Angela is passionate about advancing the achievement of all girls so they can fully become the people they dream of being.
