The THRIVE Model

Here at Advancing Girls, we are committed to working with those serving girls to design circumstances in which girls can thrive. We know countless organizations are committed to fulfilling this mission and our job is to help them achieve this by recommending curricula, programs, and actions that are grounded in research on what is best for girls.

We’ve synthesized the research on adolescent girls to create the THRIVE© Measurement Tool, a simple rubric that can be used to assess how well you or your organization is doing to advance girls. This tool can be used by educators, policymakers, non-profits, and any individual or organization that works to advance girls. Use the THRIVE© Tool to determine how you are doing in Advancing Girls.
